The Training Program was implemented from 18/5/2022 to 15/6/2022 and concerned the Teaching Staff of the Department of Speech and Language Therapy and had a duration of 30 teaching hours, of which 12 with distance learning and the remaining 18 hours with study of material from asynchronous distance learning platform. Trainer of the program was the Professor of the University of Patras, Thanassis Karalis. The sections of the program were as follows:

- The role of the teacher in higher education.

- The characteristics of students at the Greek university.

- Teaching techniques in the auditorium and in small groups, promoting students' critical thinking.

- Teaching, planning and assessment/feedback techniques in e-learning.
